Falling

Convince me not to do it.
Convince me not to cry.
I can't breathe right this moment.
Convince me not to die.

These pills are kicking in now.
I can barely hold my eyes.
My body won't stop swaying.
But I can still tell the time.

It's time my body shuts down,
And release me to the skies.
But until I stop falling,
Convince me to stay alive.

Addiction

So his body ached from the pleasure he craved...
He called her name, desire stuck on the brain,
Sitting silently on a couch that had little white stains,
She came in the room with such elegant grace.
His weak smile grew and his weak heart raced.
She approached him slowly in seductive black lace.
Quick with speed, needle in place.
Liquid gold called out his name.
She was the queen, her power rein.
Injecting bliss into his veins.
Rubbing "sugar" on her lips,
she gave him a gentle kiss.

They laughed like the Irish,
Made love like the Rich.
But eventually the bliss
became a lovely myth.

His body rose like the living dead.
His eyes full of a shameful dread.
He needed his fix, his daily bread.
And looking around he began to panic
His mind was falling like the sinking Titanic.

But then she returned with the gold.
And he found her smile that warmed his soul.
Ready for his fix, a belt around his triceps.
But his body shook too much for the intercept.
I mean, what did he except from a devil in a dress?

She smiled as she told him to stop.
Laughing as he felt like he was about to pop.
His body was stressed, and he couldn't express
How much he needed his gold
His soul growing so very cold.

His brand for life, was banned for life.
But he wouldn't give up, he needed his stuff.
But his veins wouldn't stop shaking, his patience was breaking.
His morals crumbled, and she "Stumbled".
With a loud scream, this was no longer a dream.

So She Gave Him Her All,
And He Shook Less

Introduction

According to Dictionary.com Dream means:
Mental activity, usually in the form of an imagined series of events, occurring during certain phases of sleep.
According to me.. Dreams cannot be defined by science or memories. Dreams are an alter ego. Someone you wish to be in that moment of time. Dreaming doesn't happen when you sleep... It happens when you breathe, when you laugh, when you scream, cry, love, imagine. There is no definition for dream, because whether you know it or not, we all dream without definition.

For me, this is just somewhere to puke up creative flows. For you, this might be an escape. Funny how the perspective of two people differ so much. This is what goes on in my head. This is what I think about, what I question, what I answer, what I do.
